- Select an email account type เลือก Regular email (POP)
- คลิก Next
- Incoming server : mail.yourdomain.com
- เลือก Leave messages on server คือเมื่อรับอีเมลมาไว้ที่ opera แล้วให้ทำการเก็บเมล์ไว้ใน webmail inbox ด้วย
- Outgoing server : mail.yourdomain.com
- คลิก Finish

10. Account Properties - Incoming
- เลือก Leave messages on server คือการกำหนดให้เก็บเมล์ ไว้ใน webmail
- เลือก Remove from server after #days กำหนดให้ opera เมื่อรับอีเมลเข้ามาทุกๆ 7 วันจึงจะทำการลบอีเมลออกจาก webmail
11. Account Properties - Outgoing
- Default encoding : UTF-8
- Edit Signature สำหรับการระบุข้อความลงท้ายอีเมล
- คลิก OK
